Our Mission

Ardence Legal is dedicated to empowering small businesses with legal solutions. Our goal is to assist in navigating the legal challenges faced by entrepreneurs and the complexities of legal issues to achieve goals.

Attorney: Danielle Hines, JD LL.M

Attorney Hines is an Entrepreneur, Investor, Military Officer, and Licensed Attorney based in Birmingham, Alabama. Born and raised in Washington D.C., Danielle has always had an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others. Having passed the Alabama Bar in 2011, Danielle has practiced law in many areas including civil litigation, probate, criminal, family, and domestic relations. With over 23 years of service in the Military, Attorney Hines is also a seasoned entrepreneur, owning five small businesses, and the founder of CREED63, a co-working space designed to support small businesses. She holds degrees from Florida A&M University, Southeastern University, Miles Law School, John Marshall Law School, and Highlands College.
